Software they have developed includes Novell eDirectory, Open enterprise, SUSE Linux, NetWare, ZENworks, Identity Manager, Access Manager, and much more. Novell software is used by many businesses, especially since Linux is becoming more common. If you want a position in IT you will need at least an introduction to the Novell software.

These courses are a few of those you may find in a university or home study setting. They are also available as training. Exam workshops also exist to help students prepare for certification. Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 for Linux is a course we will give a description of. The course is designed to help you use the software successfully. You will be taught how to install the programme, the Novell Client, maintenance, file system, configuration, and how to manage encryption. Most courses will follow a similar plot regarding software components discussed. Introductory courses must be taken before entering into these more advanced courses listed.

Course Duration:

Training courses last for 1 to 5 days. A college course for credit will be 10 weeks or based on the home study plan.
