As a service manager you can use this from the beginning of a design through the completion of the design. This knowledge will also help you to make any improvements necessary in this ever changing environment.
Course Description:
The different parts of this course are as follows; service strategies, service design, service transition, service operation, continuation of service improvements and service availability. The first section will introduce methods by which the service manager can see what services will best represent their customers. It begins with designing and implementing. The next section delves into the activity that is needed to take the idea and make it a document. Things that will be learned in service transition and service operation will be combined because they both deal with implementing the creation and maintaining the operation of the service. The last sections deals with service reporting and management as this will allow improvements to be made to the design continuously.
Course Duration:
The foundation courses generally are five days when you use a home study plan. They will have a tutor that will review your lessons and provide you with feedback. If you decide on a college or university course they are several weeks in duration, depending what they offer.
