A course in Business Systems Development is for individuals working with business and systems analysis, designing web pages, or testing software or systems.

Course Description:

ISEB students must have the necessary training in basic computer operation and operating systems before taking the course. The examination will focus on systems investigation and assurance. In this way the course must first discuss the basics of system development then how to organise a system that will best work for the consumer using it. Students must be able to identify tasks and disciplines for development and implementation at the end of the course. They also must be able to investigate the system, interpret what the business needs, and provide quality within the programme. The course will examine these topics. Lessons include effective methods for communication, documentation, architecture regarding a system, and will examine how case tools work. By the end of the course the student will be prepared for the exam.

Course Duration:

A university level course in business systems management will be 10 weeks. For onsite training or home study the course length will vary. Most courses for onsite training are 1 to 3 days. Home study courses work around a person’s schedule.
