Dreamweaver

Dreamweaver or Adobe Dreamweaver is a software application. It can be used on both Mac and Windows operating systems. Dreamweaver allows the user to work with CSS, JavaScript, scripting language, ColdFusion, PHP, and ASP. The idea of the software is to make it easier for users to create a website for publication. It supplies the necessary code or text information, as well as the layouts, image imports, etc. There are many versions of Dreamweaver, including the latest Dreamweaver 8.

Course Description:

Dreamweaver lessons examine how the World Wide Web works, HTML, planning and organising a website, layouts, creating that first page, and working with both text and images. The course provides an overview of the software tools available. From the fundamentals learned a student will apply the knowledge to begin a website and complete it by the end of the course. Designing with behaviours is one topic which is important to implementing a completed website. Students will learn what this means and how to use the tool. The course prepares students for a CS4 exam, which leads to a certification. The certification will provide a number of job opportunities for the student upon completion.

Course Duration:

Dreamweaver courses are set up as online study courses. The amount of time it takes for the course is dependent on how long it takes for you to complete 11 assignments and the corresponding units. Typically 160 hours are required for course completion.

A copy of Dreamweaver Textbook for Dreamweaver software Computer system with Mac, or Windows XP or Vista operating systems.
